Do you offer free shipping on all products?
We offer free shipping every day on every single product. We normally ship items using reputable shipping services (UPS, FedEx, AirBorne) and use trucking companies for oversized items. Rates to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico vary. Expedited shipping is available on certain products, except Freight items, at an additional cost. Please click "Contact Us" link.

Can you ship to APO/FPO, P.O. boxes or international addresses?
Yes certain items can be shipped to these addresses at an additional cost. Please email us before buying.

How do I know if my order is shipped?
We ship all items within 48 hours and normally it takes 5-7 days to receive the items. If you dont receive the item within 15 days please email us ASAP.

What is the return policy?
With our 30 day guarantee there is only a 15% restocking fee, no other charges or hidden charges, and no tricks or gimmicks. If you are unhappy with your new merchandise for any reason, just ship it back to us within 30 days and we will refund your money (if product is not damaged) no questions asked.

1. The item(s) must be returned within 30 days (1 month) of the order date.
2. You must have either original receipt or a copy of receipt with the returned merchandise.
3. The item(s) must be returned in the original carton(s) without being stained, soiled, ripped or damaged in any way.
4. All item(s) ordered must be accepted by the customer. If any item(s) are refused, for any reason other than shipping damage, the customer will be responsible for original cost of shipping.

A credit for the original purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee, will be issued to your credit card immediately following an inspection of the merchandise by our warehouse manager. All credits are issued at the beginning of each month.

I received items defective, damaged and/or missing parts?
For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us. We will make arrangements to have a replacement item or part sent to you free of charge, and will provide a shipping label for you to return the defective item (also at no cost to you).

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards through PayPal. We will also accept payment by money order, cashiers check or personal check. If you wish to pay via check or money order, please complete the following steps:

1. Add the item(s) to your Shopping Cart online
2. When you are finished shopping, print the Shopping Cart page
3. Mail the printed Shopping Cart summary page + a clearly typed/printed summary of your name, shipping address, phone number, email address (so that we can send you an order confirmation email) + your check, money order or cashiers check payable to "Mehul S" to the following address:
